அசாத்திய விரணம்

தீராத இரண நோய்கள் அவையாவன:- Incurable ulcers such as:-
i. சீழ் கொண்டு ஓரங்களிற் சதை பருத்த புண்.
ii. பசுவின் கொம்பைப் போலெழும்பிக் கெட்ட இரத்தமும் சீழும் கசிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் சிலந்தி.
iii. நடுவில் குழி விழுந்து அல்லது ஓரத்தில் வெடித்துப் புண்ணாகும் சிலந்தி.
iv. நரம்பு, நார்த்துகளுடைய புண்.
v. திரிதோஷ சம்பந்தத்தால் உறைந்த இரத்தம், நிணம், கொழுப்பு, மூளைப்பசை முதலியவை கசியும் இரணம்.
vi. நோயால் மெலிந்து இளைத்தவனின் வயிற்றில் தங்கிய மல மூத்திராதிகள் கசியும் இரணம்.
vii. தலை அல்லது தொண்டைச் சிலந்தி.
viii. உடம்பின் சீவகளை தங்கியுள்ள பாகங்களிற் காணும் விரண நோய்கள்.
i. An ulcer cropping up like a fleshy tumour with its edges raised like those of the genital of a male and characterised by a copious secretion of pus etc.
ii. A condylomatous ulcer which is soft and raised like the horn of a cow and the one which is elevated at its base secreting an exudation of vitiated blood or thin slimy discharge.
iii. An ulcer with an embossed or heaved up centre and dipped or fissured at its extremity.
iv. An ulcer covered with shreds of ligaments.
v. An ulcer due to the deranged condition of any of the fundamental humours, and secreting coagulated blood, fat, marrow and brain matters etc.
vi. An ulcer in the head or throat traversed by a net of capillaries.
vii. An ulcer in any of the vital parts of the body.
