அமுத நிலை

உடம்பில் அமுதம் தங்கி நிற்கும் கோளங்கள்,
“அமுத நிலையில் ஆதித்தன்
இயக்கமும்” (வி.நா.அக)
அவையாவன:- சிரசின் மூளை, கண்ட மூலம், மார்பு முதலிய இடங்களில் அமையப் பெற்றுள்ள அடியிற் கண்ட கோளங்கள்.
The situation of several glands in the body supposed to be capable of producing secretions or vital fluids like ambrosia. As mentioned below, they are the glands (ductless) situated in the regions such as, cerebral, cervical, thoracic etc.
தேவதாரு கோளம் - இது மூளையில் சாம்பல் நிறமான வஸ்து. முகுளத்தின் மேல் பக்கத்தில் பாலம் போல் வளைந்து வெள்ளை நார்க் கயிற்றின் பின்புறப் பரப்பில் இருக்கும் சதுர்த்த மேட்டுக்கு மேல்புறம், வௌவால் எலும்புகளின் மேல் ஒட்டியிருக்கும் மூளைக் கோளம். சித்தர் நூலின் மேற்கண்ட பாலத்திற்கும் மேட்டுக்கும் முறையே மயிர்ப்பாலம் என்றும், மேருவுச்சி, என்றும் பரிபாஷையாகப் பெயர்கள் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளன - Pineal gland, which is a small gray matter found in the cerebral region. It is an outgrowth from the inter brain (epithalamus) resting upon the mid brain (mesencephalon) in the interval between the masses of gray matter (thalami) at the base of the brain. In siddhars’ science, it is figuratively termed ‘the mystic ‘bridge’ and ‘mount meru’. It is not composed of nervous elements, but is a rudimentary glandular structure said to produce an internal secretion.
சுழி முனைக் கோளம், இது நாசி மூலத்திற்கு மேலாகவும் சிரசின் மூளைக்குக் கீழகாவும் நடுவே அமையப் பெற்ற கோளம். இதில் ஊறிக் கசியும் நீர்ச் சத்துத்தான் அமுதமென்றும், யோக அபியாசத்தினால் இதை வெளிப்படுத்தி உடம்பில் கிரகிக்கக்கூடுமென்றும் கருதப்படும். - Pituitary body, it is a tiny gland with a double lobe situated at the base of the brain just below the root of the brain just below the root of the nose. It is a reddish organ in a depression of the sphenoid bone and is attached to the brain by a pedicle. It is placed by nature, for its better protection, in a little casket inside the vault of the skill. It is said to secret a peculiar fluid, which the yogis and other adepts who ait at the yoga practice, absorb into their system.
விசுத்திக் கோளம் அல்லது கேடய கோளம். இது தமரகத்தில், பக்கத்துக் கொன்றாய் அமையப் பெற்று, இரண்டு அண்டாகரா இதழ்களால் ஆக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவைகளை இணைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் சந்திப்புத் தமரக வளையங்களின் மேற்பகுதியன் குறுக்கே போகும். இது பிசினைப் போன்ற வஸ்துக்கள் நிறையப் பெற்ற அனே கண்ணறைகலுள்ள குழல்களால் சூழப்பட்டுள்ளது இது உடம்பைப் போஷிப்பதற்கு மிக்க ஆதாரமாயுள்ளதெனக் கருதப்படும். - The thyroid gland. It is a large ductless organ in front of and an on the either side of the trachea. It consists of two internal lobes and an isthmus which unites them below. It is composed of a number of closed follicles which are usually filled with colloid material and surrounded by a network of vessels. It is believed to take part in the development and distribution of mucin and in several other important physiological functions.
According to the Siddhars’ science, the ambrosial fluid secreted by the said glands, but by yoga practice and that too, at a certain stage only i.e. in Dharana.
According to the Erotic science similar fluids are also said to exist in different centres of the body in a female, such as, the forehead, the lips, the breast, the navel, the genital etc. it is said that the above-mentioned secretion can be acquired by a male by sexual intercourse. By increasing the passion of the woman without himself being carried away by lust, as per secret methods contemplated in some of the Siddhars’ works in Tamil known as கருவூரார் பூஜா விதி, பூரண சந்திரோதய வாலை, கொங்கரைவன், கடைகாண்டம், சுந்தரா நந்தர் பூஜாவிதி etc., this is well explained in the following stanza.
“கொள்ளடா கொள்ளடா குமரி நாமம்
கொண்டவனே உயிர் பிழைப்பான் மற்றோர் சாவார் ”
Although this is said to be another process of acquiring supernatural powers to attain Siddhis (Miracles) it cannot be accomplished or is even possible in cases of ordinary men like us who cannot subdue passions or withstand the test such operations lacking as we are in will power. It can only be done by a Hatha yogi who is endowed with the power of drawing into or absorbing any fluid from an external source, through the penis into his systems.
